Refund Policy

This policy explains when and how refunds are processed for paid subscriptions.

1. Scope

This Refund Policy applies to payments made for access to P2P Scanner subscription plans.

2. Eligibility
  • You may request a refund within 30 calendar days from the payment date.
  • To request a refund, email vipginko99@gmail.com with your account email, payment date, and amount.
  • All refund requests submitted within the 30-day window will be processed.
3. How to Request

Send a request to vipginko99@gmail.com and include account email, payment date, amount, reason, and transaction reference.

4. Review Timeline

Each request is reviewed within 10 business days. Additional details can be requested to complete verification.

5. Refund Method

Refunds are processed by Paddle, our payment provider. Final posting time depends on the issuing bank.

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

If a cardholder opens a chargeback or payment dispute, the request is handled according to Paddle and issuing-bank rules. During dispute review, access can be restricted until final resolution.

7. Exclusions

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the original payment date to be eligible for processing.
